So, it has been a while since last time I updated and I had a couple of updates about my acai berry diet that I wanted to write about as well as some questions from my previous post!
First of all, the diet is still going GREAT! I have continued my routine, all the while incorporating the acai supplements into my daily diet, eating more healthy, and exercising lightly like usual. Anyway, I feel bad about not having given everyone a little bit more details in regards to what my diet and daily routine is because I’m sure others are curious as well!
Anyway, I usually take my Acai with breakfast. I always eat a healthy breakfast because I am up super early for work and it’s a long ways ’til lunch! I’ve found that this seems to give me the most energy throughout the day. I try and expend a little energy at work by taking a walk on my break or after lunch.
If I’m feeling a little sluggish after work, it’s usually not a big deal because I always get my workouts in after work and it gives me plenty of energy to get through the rest of the evening without crashing!
As far as the question about going to the bathroom lots, well.. when I first started taking it, it was definitely noticeable I think because it was early on and busy cleansing my body of all its toxins and stuff. Nowadays, after I have been taking the Acai Berry supplements for several weeks, I don’t think I’m going any more than normal! Whew!!
